Shelley Jesseau was raised on an Arabian horse ranch in Thunder Bay but became bored by the barn and adored the arts – specifically music, theatre and television.

After graduating from Confederation College’s Broadcasting Program, she applied her creative talents to a professional theatre company, as well as Thunder Bay Television.

In 1997, Shelley moved to Manitoba and worked for CKY/CTV as a Writer/Producer. Over the next decade, her production work would garner a number of industry awards. Shelley’s reel includes campaigns for the Urban Circle Training Centre, the Manito Ahbee Festival, the Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba, The Winnipeg Humane Society, the JUNO Awards and the 2010 Winter Olympics.

With a dynamic marketing and production background, she now shares her creativity as Manager of Promotions at APTN.
