Born and raised in Winnipeg, Man., Danielle Gagnon is of Métis descent. She joined APTN in 2018 as sponsorship and event coordinator, initially having been drawn to the network for its support of Indigenous Peoples and storytelling. Danielle is an alumna of Red River College, where she received her diploma in tourism management.

Prior to her journey with APTN, she worked with Winnipeg-based non-profit organizations for six years, gaining a wealth of experience in event management, sponsorships and fund development.

Danielle was promoted to manager of partnerships in 2022. In her new role, Danielle is excited to work with APTN’s affiliates and external partners to share the important place that the network has in Canadian television and culture.
