NDP leadership candidate Paul Dewar kicked of his Manitoba campaign in Point Douglas, a Winnipeg neighbourhood with a large Aboriginal population.
Dewar, an MP from Ottawa, had a familiar Metis face with him from the Manitoba NDP.
